With our fast paced lifestyle and on the go eating habits, many of us fail to get the vitamins and minerals necessary for proper growth, development and maintenance on a daily basis. In fact, over one-half of adults report taking some form of dietary supplement to boost one or more areas of nutrient deficiency.
